Water Treatment Plant in Marin

This project was a collaboration with a major SF Bay Area biotech company to design and build a process water treatment plant for their local manufacture.
Our company was approach by a large process design company who needed a shell design and help with the entitlement.
It was eventually cleared that the soil conditions would make the foundation design prohibitive for building with such a sensitive use.

Master Plan in Vancouver

This large scale master plan for a new development in Vancouver laid out a series of 6 independent ‘villages’ which were designed around the preservation of an existing small township and a series of creeks and their protected riparian zones.

Boston Biotech Adaptive Reuse

A Biotech laboratory in Cambridge was developed in an incredible rush due to a lease obligation coming due. Within one year, a cluster of 7 structures was to be transformed into a cohesive project.
This project is an example of adaptive reuse.

Cooperate Headquarters of Insurance Company in Boston

Green Wall

A large cooperate headquarters tenant improvement on 15 ~25,000 sf floor plates in a prominent tower in Boston, Ma.
The Project is broken down in 12 Relatively typical office floors, a conference center floor, a common floor including a full cafeteria and wellness center and an executives level.
